Product Team

Full Stack Web Developer

Rova is seeking a mid- to senior-level developer to join our Technology team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience with extensive knowledge of development tools, trends and technology. Proven ability to convert highly detailed and interactive creative concepts into a modern web UI using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and other web technologies such as Angular. Plus, a background in solving complex software or architecture situations using standard development patterns and practices.

In this role, you will:
– Lead strategy and development on the Rova software, which provides flexible reporting to facilitate client communication and facilitate team alignment
– Build the next version of the Rova software using the latest technologies
– Develop and support future versions of the application

Requirements and experience:
– Background working with large-scale distributed systems and web oriented architectures
– Knowledge of front-end technologies, such as AngularJS, ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 and Bootstrap
– Additionally, back-end technologies such as NodeJS, C#, etc.
– Skilled at cloud computing platforms, i.e. AWS and Azure
– Experience in Git or other distributed source control tools
– Strong understanding of JavaScript
– Ability to work quickly and efficiently
– Excellent communicator and aggressive learner
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or similar technical field
– Bonus points for experience working with PostgreSQL or other RDBMS experience, Redis, Docker, Jenkins and/or npm

Sales & Marketing Team

Business Development Representative

Rova is seeking a Business Development Representative with inside sales responsibilities to join our Sales and Marketing team. This is an opportunity to be one of the early members of the team, positioning yourself for the potential to experience rapid growth and proven success. Must be hard-working, high-energy and competitive. A driven professional with business acumen and natural sales instincts.

In this role, you will:
– Generate new leads and help prospects find new business solutions via Rova
– Conduct high volume, outbound prospecting calls to generate qualified leads, working within clearly defined goals of success
– Work closely other Business Development and Sales Representatives to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans
– Schedule product demonstrations for assigned Sales Representatives

Requirements and experience required:
– 2+ years background generating leads and opportunities within a fast-paced sales organization
– Proven success with strategic, targeted calling and prospecting cold accounts to leverage business from all-new relationships
– Sales and/or consultancy background required (and ideally in the software industry)
– Bachelor’s degree required
